Wednesday 9th June – bike *** – Two rivers, Orwell to the Deben – sunny and warm morning but clouded over in the afternoon.

Another nice sunny and warm day, exercises in the morning, then our neighbours came round for a cuppa and cake, nice catch up too:) I had one eye on the wind as we are away for a couple of days when it is looking windy so would have sailed but it remained marginal. So, after lunch with Mag in the garden I decided to head out on my bike again just as it clouded over with a few spots of rain! The rain did not come to anything as I headed to Langer Park where two new benches had been installed:) I whizzed onto the view point but not much happening there so continued along the full length of the prom with a tail wind. Being cloudy it was not so good for taking pics today so made it to Felixstowe Ferry quickly. A quick spin around the boat yard before returning the short way on the road over the golf course, out an hour and a half covering over 11 miles:)
